Texture
T. LeClerc new quick-drying enamels with an ultra-shiny finish and intense colour. Hypoallergenic formula with Vitamin E, Biotin, Mica and Cysteine strengthens, protects and regenerates nails. The formula is free of formalin, parabens, toluene, dibutylphalate, colofane, nickel and phenoxyethanol.
Application
For optimum wear, apply Ridge-filler as a base coat, then two coats of nail enamel and a Top Coat. Alternatively use 2 in 1 Base + Top Coat. |
