Shipping

We ship all orders by First Class Post using Royal Mail. Shipping costs £2.50.

We normally dispatch in-stock products within 1 working day. If you wish to purchase a product that is not in stock, we will notify you when it becomes available and charge your credit card only when your order is dispatched.

A signature is not usually required; however, packages that will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. We recommend having your parcels delivered to work. The arrival of a parcel will not only enliven your working day; it will also ensure that the time you save by shopping with us will not be spent collecting your package from the post office.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for all goods returned to us within fourteen days of receipt, provided they are in an unopened and unused condition.

To return goods to us, please include a copy of the invoice that was delivered with your order. Ensure that the goods are wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received them. Please return your package by recorded delivery to Makeup Sense, 10a Malta Road, Cambridge, CB1 3PZ, United Kingdom. Retain your recorded delivery receipt as proof of posting.
